Touch The Wind |
I Just Heard :((((
I Just Heard
I just heard from a little bird
Something so outrageous and quite absurd
It broke my heart, where do I start
To tell this tale I do impart
A girl I knew, just barely too
Wiping brow and letting out a shew!
Was just caught in the act of a bizarre attack
Something so vicious and wrong she had to be whacked
Not killed herself but whacked in the head
No she did the slaying of the girl who’s dead
It wasn’t defense, this horrible offense
In fact it just doesn’t make sense
She was her caretaker, oh my what a faker
Hired to be her shopper and occasional baker
But what she sought with the items bought
Was something that leaves me distraught
In hot syrup and oil this women’s skin she boiled
Shot her with Bee-bee’s, and cut her, her torture toiled
On and on for days, I sure hope she pays
The maximum sentence allowed for her ways
It’s hard to find, forgiveness for this kind
I’ll have to really seek, God’s will and not mine
Right now if up to me, her death would be
The only possible penalty
It’s O.k. to abhor the evil she bore
It’s not my place to forgive that for
But I will need to pray, for her soul today
As she had to be sick to act this way
Father in heaven I know you’re there
Thank you for hearing my every prayer
I lift up the dead and the living too
This is something I hand to you
I need your compassion to ease my reaction
I receive it right now if but only a fraction
Help me to find, a way to be kind
And get vengeance out of my mind

Quite sickening to know there are people out there like that.
