You taught me how to be strong
When everything goes wrong
You taught me good from bad
You taught me right from wrong
What would I do
Without you in my life
When I'm feeling like no one cares
I know you will be there by my side
Ever since I was a little girl
You know I admired you and I still do
You are the greatest man in my life
For you there is nothing I wouldn't do
No words can express
How much I miss being near you
I'm proud to say that your grandson
Is going to be a-lot like you
You will always be a part of our lives
Just remember, if you feel hopeless or alone
I'm here for you, father of mine

This was beautiful yeah for me it's been only a year since I learned to put aside my differences with my dad, and I was wondering what took me so long. I guess it was teenager egotism, great poem. |
