At first youi ignored me
Then you passed me by
Still not knowing.
You made me wonder why

Then You called me up one day
And you said you were sorry
For not being the best friend
you could have been to me

You were sorry for treating me adly
and for acting like an ass
and that you loved my new look
and you couldnt say it more fast

but then the next day
it was like you said nothing
you passed my me
like there was never an apology

what went through your head?
did you plan to hurt me instead?
Apologies are meant to be kept.
Not to be broken. Like that promise you made me that night.
