a ripple in her eyes of time
stops this beating heart of mine
they whisper things , only i can hear
bright and wide , i see no fear
i look into your eyes , i feel your heartbeat
you look into mine , your warmth is so sweet
the lashes , long , dark and thick
seem to whip out far and grab me quick
your sweetness shows , in your eyes and your smile
i want to feel your heart beat against mine
if just for a while
the dark , it shines and gives them light
to kiss her lips , if i might
her eyes reflect , i see myself
our eyes are one , and nothing else
