this place i hate is not my home

i want to leave , i nead to roam

a sacred heart , a blinded eye

i need to leap and learn to fly

i have to find a place to be

a new soul?        a new me?

what do they think of this face?

disgust?           disgrace?

a photograph through all these years

stupid boy

they have seen fears

i feel the pressure , my soul is breaking

on this day , should i awaken?

this body , has not a penny's worth

this soul was a waste of a baby's birth

i try and prove these thoughts are false

but the words ring true

i am a loss
