wandering through empty halls
screaming out through silent walls
how many times do we have to do this
how many times do we have to go through this
while we grow deeper and deeper still
holding our lives as we fight and kill
how will we cope when it all reaches its end
how will we cope when our fall meets its end
banning ourselves from finding whats within
cheering on the end as it beats to begin
how long do we have till it faces us
how long do we have till it replaces us
we cant fight this thing any longer
when all we have isnt getting stronger
how will we last if its planning the fight
how will we last when its scanning it right
wishing it would stop even if we're lost
streaming our tears for what it will cost
how to give up without giving in
how to give up without wearing thin
power surging through our veins
as we stand to chase away the rain
how many years till we're all back again
how many years till we're on track again
searching for what we strove to find
our hears, our soul, our world, our mind
