why me?

I Love My Friends

I find myself moving closer to my friends,

Searching for the warmth that never ends,

Yet I find myself spinning deeper into depression,

Don't you see every laugh's an impression?

I live for those rare smiles,

Yes, the ones that show teeth that go on for miles,

Every hug, Every touch,

I find myself counting,

A goal is set and slowly the numbers are mounting,

Depression's closing in,

Every person, every sin,

Are all going in a book for the end,

I tell my secrets to only those that were close,

And slowly I beg myself not to take a heavy dose,

The light is getting farther away,

And I find I'm wishing it to stay,

They are taking away my depression,

Fore I am slowly making a transition,

I love my friends don't you see,

And I hope that they love me,

I am a person who can change,

Special I am for making that exchange,

I love my friends,

And they love me....

Okay, so I can't remember if I posted this before. I cleaned my room today, and found this poem. Tell me if I posted it? Well, I wrote it awhile ago. (Awhile being 1/28/09. O.o) But, enjoy. Or enjoyed...I'm just gonna shut up now... :P
