I don't think life's worth it....

Life’s not worth it,

I think,

All we do is get up in the morning,

Go to school or work,

Maybe we got a day off today!

And survive.

A single little word can change a life,

That’s what I say anyways.

Hate is one of those words,

So it love.

It doesn’t always have to be a word,

Sometimes it’s just a sign instead,

The little plus sign on the pregnancy test,

Or maybe it was the kiss of life,

Or maybe just the kiss of a lifetime.

Whatever it was,

I hope you enjoyed it.

Maybe your type of sign is the red razorblade in your hand,

Maybe it isn’t,

Maybe it’s just a small smile that saved your life,

Or maybe it saved another’s.

I live for the little moments when I can sit back,

Throw someone a smile,

And know that I made a different.

Truth is, did I really make a difference?
