Why do I continue to like you?
When you just stand there and show no emotion.
Why do I continue to go through all this pain?
When you just don't care.
Why do I continue to think of you?
When you just continue to hurt me.
Why do I continue to care about you?
When you just pretend that I'm not there.
Why do I continue to believe you still like me?
When I know you and me will never happen.
Why do I always listen to that song that reminds me of you?
When you just look at me crying and see nothing wrong.
Why do I always fall for you everytime I see you?
When you seem like you don't even notice me.
Why do I wait for you?
When you tell me we're just friends.
Why do I continue to wish upon stars?
When I already know they won't come true.
Why do I continue to even think you like me?
When you just think I don't like you anymore?
Why do I continue to pretend i'm happy around you?
When I know I'm not and you know that too.

Everyone. Everyone. Has felt this way about someone. Guys and gals. It's that relation, and that connectedness. That to me, makes this one of the best poems written. It's truly beautiful <3
