FAINT AT FIRST

JUST A SPARK

TO RAGE AND BLAZE

A FIERY ARCH

ACROSS THE HEART

NOW ROARING LOUD

AND BRIGHTLY BURNING

LOVE IS PROUD

AND WORN ADORNING

AS CROWN AND KINGLY ROBE

WITH LIFE ,VIGOR ,AND MANY THRILL

PASSION SO SCORCHING THAT NONE COULD KILL

ON THE HORIZON IT COMES WITH FEATHERY WINGS A FLIGHT

LIKE CLOUDS JUST BARELY IN SIGHT

THEN GREY AND DARKNESS NO LIGHT PREVAILS

ANGER THUNDERS IN WITH LIES AND BETRAYALS

HARSH WORDS FLASH BY AS SHARP AS A BOLT

FLOODING LIKE RAIN THE TEARS COME ROUND

LOVE IS HURT WHEN THE CROWN’S THROWN DOWN

SHOULDERS NOW CHILLING AS DEEP WINTERS ICE

LOVE IS TWITCHING BUT DEAD

AT DECEPTIONS SHARP KNIFE

HERE IN THE LAND OF

FIRE AND ICE
