Little Mirrors
You've lost your sparkle
But not ready to die
Sad how you can see so much
And know how you got in
Like you're watching from the outside
The Boy Within
Frail and walking pain
Always give a smile
Love shown but so much not understood
How something can be felt
More in the pain
Of Loss
A morning window devoid of light
Above your worthless self
You see how you are
But cannot look in the mirror
Where you can be seen in one piece
Like a bad dream
The less cracked the mirror
The more you are deformed
See your reflection
It is not who you are
You've lost your sparkle
So ready to die
Sad how you can see so little
Don't know how you got in
Like you're watching from the inside
The Girl Within
Frail and walking pain
Love hidden to keep it safe, not understood
A morning window with light creeping in
Above your beautiful self
You can't see how you are
But little mirror's tell you
A dream can be seen in one shard of glass
As the real thing
Drop the glass and there will just be....
More dreams
Don't look in the mirror
To find who you are
Especially when the mirror you look in
Is broken
Nothing makes sense in these little mirrors
They are echoes of your pain
The more you look at them
The less there is of you
And cut as they do when you cling to them
The deeper goes your pain
