Solitude

Just carve out my tongue

So I can taste what I've become

My life is nothing but long goodbyes

By thine thumbs, gouge out mine eyes

Stars once so bright

Light's dimming, sinking out of twilight

Solitude: my only home

Broken, bleeding, all alone

Final moments of my darkest hour

Losing strength, stripped of power 

Lassitude overwhelming me

Sinking into the death of eternity
