Vermilion clouds swirl overhead in a blaze
A strident screech arises amongst silent cacophony
Lingering sun arrested by twilight
Weep, O' restless stars, into uninviting Eternity

Blades stir restlessly, dislocated from roots
Pillars ousted from foundations, cornerstones dislodged
Fate rears its ugly head, born of animosity
Awaken, O' fallen angels, and soar with fractured wings

Dawn brings naught but pain
Damnation claws at the door
Hunter becomes hunted, lion dethroned
Turn, O' cowardly, and face your fears

All these memories lost like tears in rain
Fallen captive to false hopes of salvation
The grave widens and masses march to the necropolis
Take flight, O' vultures, and feed on your own inadequacy

The roots of the ground live in blood as we speak
Bones chilled with a sickening recipe of fear and anger
Envy ceases the sky, the inferno has commenced
Arise, O' mighty wrath, and take what is yours

Apocalyptic barriers give no mercy to the ignorant
Hypocrisy of mankind cloaked in deafening sound of sorrow
The raven crows and flees the scene

The world awaits its own demise
