I love you more than words can say
And my kids would call YOU dad if I had MY way.
But what goes on is not your fault
He's opening wounds and pouring salt.
This is not my will, as you may see,
If he wants to take part, I have to let it be.
They ARE his kids, too, and he has rights.
That thought alone yeilds many sleepless nights.
He went away and I thought he'd stay far
but he must've grown a conscience one night at the bar...
So here it is- and this way it could stay...
Just remember I Love YOU ALONE more than words can say...
