You're perfect for me, but I'm not right for you.  With low self-esteem;  You don't have a clue.
I can make you feel good, you can make me feel better.  I tried to figure you out right down to the letter.  You're really great but I'm only human.  I want you to know I'm your number one fan.  You don't understand me and probably never will, My emotions were numb and now I can feel.  Love hits in the strangest ways and sometimes it only lasts a few short days.  I want you to know that I won't always be there, but as long as you are, I always will care.  You matter so much to me and my heart, it kills me to think about us being apart.  And time after time I will read this over and remember how before you I was never sober.  In a sense I'm still drugged but only because you loved.  A dumb girl like me, is this meant to be?  How long could this last?  Don't you know my past?  How can you love me after all that I've done?  You'll figure it out and then you'll be gone.  But for as long as this lasts, when it's all over you'll move on fast.  You'll forget about me but I'll never forget you.  Thanks to your love and what we'll go through.  Listen to me please, this comes without ease.  My heart will break and thoughts of you won't shake.  I'll live every day to make you proud.  But when you are gone I'll be just another face in the crowd.  You've done great things before me and you'll do more long after.  And to make up for loss, I'll fill this space with laughter; not always happy, not always sad,  It wasn't all good nor all of it bad.  To me you seem blind, mild and meek.  I want you to know, by far, I'm not weak.  I'm a fighter of sorts and  my heart will not bleed, growing will start now that we've planted the seed;  from which to bring forth into this chaos a beautiful being molded from us.  A soul without body, a king without crown.  A love thats so deep that even I could drown.
