Why do they cut
Why do they die
I know why
They don't want to live
They think no one cares
In school they're not cool
At home everyone yells
Why don't people look
Why don't people see
I know why
They fake like it's ok so people won't look or see
they cry in their room
Scream into their pillow so no one will hear
They try to stay calm
They try to hide it under their skin, deep in their souls
But sometimes they can't help it, sometimes it slips out
That's why they cut
That's why they die
Some do it physically
Some do it mentally
There's 2 different forms, people need to realize that
Your ability to get close, to love
That is my poem
It may not rhyme
It may not be good
It's from the heart
From the soul
