Soldiers Poem

Her son loved the US

He wanted to be big and strong

So he decided to join the army

And fight all night long

He'd run through dirt

And walk through mud

He's fly in those airplanes

In the sky up above

He'd help his country out

For what was right

And his name would go in history

And it would be alright

So he was shipped to Iraq

To fight in the war

And help his country out

So they could restore

But one day

When he least expected

He was killed by a bomb

He had been dead for 3 weeks

Before the news hit his mom

But he never really thought

That he would go away

And have to leave his mom,his friends,

And his everything

But when he got to heaven

He soon realized

He did a great deed

And helped save some lives

He did what he was supposed to

In a wonderful whirl

Now he can R.I.P ofr he himself,his country, and the world.
