Sometimes i think i dont know who i am;
Ive forgotton where ive been,
where ive come from,
and all the things ive done.
They just dont seem to matter anymore;
sure i still think youre a whore,
but that doesnt changed the fact i want you.
Ive said it too many times and i hope im through,
because youre not worth all this;
im tired and im pissed
and i just dont know what to do,
because i cant stop loving you.

I feel the pain you are trying to communicate, but you should cut out unnecessary words. "sometimes, sure, because," etc. It will make the poem more solid. find more electrifying words than "tired and pissed" because chances are--you experienced more involved notions than that. Subtle changes will literally push your poem through the boundaries you are trying to reach.
