All I can do is sit by and watch it,
I did all I could do to stop it,
but I am just one man to say.
This can’t go on this way,
we are fucking ourselves every which way.
I guess this is the way it’s going to be.
Empty bullet cases on the ground,
Screaming in our heads and all around.
Dead bodies in the ground,
explosions dominating sound.
Everyone going to the morgue,
what are we still fighting for?
Automatics blazing the street,
It seems to be a steady beat…
I did all I could do to stop it,
