Bars on the cage

I'm sorry to say,

but your not getting out,

not quite today.

Your stuck in this cage.

The bars hold you in,

not to matter,

your struggle will never win.

You find a crack,

a flaw in its design,

its stuctural integrety,

is not a mastermind.

You try to break free,

but a chain holds you in,

not to matter,

your struggle will never win.

For the chain,

you find a pin,

to pry it loose,

you must make a sin.

You remove the chain,

your anckle is free,

your back to the bars,

its impossible in case you cant see.

You pay no mind,

to that voice in your head,

if your not free,

you might as well be dead.

You break the bars,

the road is all free,

you have plenty of room,

for you to flee.

You hear the thought,

you shall not survive,

you know you can not live,

you know you can not thrive.

Well that voice in your head,

you have not listened to yet,

and for that you have a great debt.

For that voice,

is something to fret,

incase you havent figured that out yet.

Now you are free,

no more voice in your head,

its been a while,

and your still not dead.
