Second version to The Preditor.
The Prey
Silent stalker in the night.
Spots his prey with such delight.
His fangs are out and thirsty.
Waiting for something tasty.
Ooh she is near.
He gets the scent of her fear.
He swoops down in her direction.
Getting her would be a sweet temptation.
She turns around.
She thought she heard a sound.
She saw nothing,
So didn’t think anything.
As soon as he started to strike.
The sun came up and it was daylight.
He manages to escape his fate.
Knowing that getting her was just to late.
