One By One |
His Hands
His Hands
His hands were tied
His feet were bound
His head hung low
He made no sound
He carried the cross
His path was paved
He did not detour
From the life he gave
She watched him climb
that rugged hill
She felt the loneliness
that the day instilled
Her tears would fall
Ten Thousand waited If only he'd speak
His cry was heard by the brave and meek
Her hands were tied what could she do
The thunder roared darkness grew She wept like rain
Her head hung low She saw her son In all his pain
The angels cried.
