Caterpilla, Butterfly

Looking at a mirror, my reflection, 

So small, so weak,

Eating, sleeping,

So sad, so depressed,

Curling up, taking a rest,

A blanket, so warm,

Such security, a cacoon,

Thoughts are doom, thoughts are doubt,

Can't breathe, can't get out,

Losing hope, no-one to help,

Hear a voice, see a face,

See the light, breaking free,

Feeling good, feeling great,

So beautiful, so magnificant,

I was ugly, but now I see,

I'm just as pretty, just as good,

I was a caterpilla, trapped in a cacoon,

I saw the light, I broke out...

I'm now a butterfly
