Losing it all

Another day thats lived,

another hour spent,

looking around, watching.

slowly the beauty fades,

The past, it goes away.

not ever returning,

uncared culture.

new age, new times

always forward never back,

being left behind, if it were possible.

Dont want to leave this island paradise,

but everything fades away,

new age take overs.

no one looks back,

to before it all,

when life was simple,

no one realises

what was lost,

so much easier looking forward.

Not to me............
