One Day

Don’t listen to me or hear what I’m saying

I lie to everyone

So they will believe that I’m ok

I smile at everyone

Act like nothing is wrong

But really I’m dying inside

A little more everyday

I can’t tell anyone

About the razor blade in the shower

The pills in my purse

The tears that always fill my eyes

The hurt that always fills my heart

Because no one would understand the pain I feel

How my heart bleeds

They wouldn’t understand

I just want to die

I cry every night as the blood runs from my wrists

But I live

I continue to live in great pain

With a sad and broken heart

But I know that one day

I will DIE!
