What is life?
That we live just to die
and dwindle our lives away
and yet we still ask.
What is life?
Life,
a thing of greatness
a thing of joy
a thing to be remembered well.
Life, or is it death?
When some only find life after death
The question journeys to unknown places
and paths to the answer are distorted
What is life?
It is a catacomb of a question
It is what we ask each day.
When we wake we ask, why?
When we sleep we ask, when?
What is it that we wake each morning with the sun, only to sleep with the moon?
What is life?
A question that will be asked unto eternity.
A life given to death, and a death for a life.
