Eyes closed.
Mouth
Slightly open,
as you exhale
feel
the pain
of what which
is broken.
Now
eyes open
slowly
wonder why
Reminisce.
Feel.
Hold it in
don't cry.
Swallow.
Stand.
Focus on your
breathing.
Touch
your heart
and see that
it is
beating.
Raise
your head
hold it up
high.
Never
let them know
of how
broken
your are
inside.
