In Memory Of John"Nick" Bello (9-15-06)

beWhy did it have to be you
Knowing that your dreams would never come true
He took you away from us all
Just as the rain began to fall
You were only going to get some gas
But I know those memories will never pass
The day after the crash we saw a rainbow from up above
And we all knew it was a sign of yours and God's love
As we all cried, watching the rain fall from the sky
We just kept asking, knowing no real reason why
God why did you take him from away??
It was always him that brightened our days
We miss him so much God, you just don't know
Even those who never knew Nick miss him so
They say everything happens for a reason
No matter what day, month, or season
But in a few years when we graduate, class of 2008
There'll be an empty spot there..that spot just for you
So as we keep you in our hearts for always
We know you'll be there to brighten our days!!
