I miss the time when i was a kid;
When i perform in school,
i know you watch me over the crowd of people;
You are my avid fan and to me you were incomparable.
You lift me up when im sad;
Tolerate me to speak english and you know i hate that,
You were very strict,when im in school;
you make friends with my teachers just to keep me straight.
I met a boy when i was fifteen;
He is so nice to me and i like him,
Then,i see your face with anger;
And you called me your prodigal daughter.
Now,im adult and love did find me;
You said you are happy when i am happy,
But then you cry because you missed me;
Let me tell you that i'm getting married;
To the man i know who loves me best,
And i'm proud to be his wife...
Father,give me your blessings...

Okay,this is an old one.Like 4 years ago...I post them so i have new ones.I'm just not in the mood to write any poem right now.I'm kinda busy and excited to be with my husband.he is going to be here in the next 5 days...I'm overwhelmed... I know,this is not poem but i hope you'll like it. |
