Underneath Her Smile;
There's a story behind,
When everybody's gone;
Emptiness she found.

Underneath Her Smile;
Loneliness she hides,
Tears flowing benign;
Inside,she cried and whine.

Underneath her Smile;
There's a feeling so cold and unkind;
And When the day is done,
There's Only tears to drown.
Underneath my smile..

101091 I really like this. It says a lot, yet it's short and simple. As for the sleeping... I agree with people here, try music, or milk, maybe even writing. I find that when I can't sleep (which tends to be often) that writing relaxes my mind so that I can.

Well lots of people suffer from sleep anxiety. i do. But like everyone else said milk...warm drinks...meditation...Personally i just think of what makes me smile and close my eyes. but thats just me....yeah i know its corny lol =p

xX1ncINalifeXx good luck, its hard to smile when all you wanna do is scream... i cant sleep at night either i have to watch t.v until i finally fall asleep at like 3 in the morning sometimes, wich only give me 4 hours sleep... but milk really does help and hot drinks and also meditating hope this helps :) btw the poems great!!
