Help me, I'm lost!

I cannot be found.

My face and throat soaked,

Glassy eyes on the ground.

I've been crying for you,

And all of our friends.

And as much as you hate it,

These tears know no ends.

I was born with a curse,

Not forgetting our past.

The years I've spent with you

Have gone by just too fast.

I remember our finish,

But when did we start?

The answer I'll never know.

It's too late now, we have to part.

When will my tears stop?

I remember the start.

When it was just you and I.

A memory deep in my heart.

I know my side.

But can I ever know yours?

Can our words run once more freely,

Before we have to close the doors?

Do you miss me,

As much as I miss you?

Remember when we joked together?

In not year one, but two?

This isn't why I'm crying.

There are different reasons that I have.

I cry only for ones I've lost.

I'm not sure you ever understood this,

But to me, leaving people has a cost.

Do I have to say good-bye again?

You know just how much it can hurt.

I'm just afraid more tears would come.

With another soaked collar of my shirt.                                                                        

Why did we have to say good-bye at all?                                                          

Didn't it hurt you as much as me?

And no matter what I do or say,

I still can't make you see.
