Silence

The quiet misery of being alone
slowly
sinks deep through my skin,
seeping into my pores.

The beauty of silence
has shattered itself.

Facing the abysmal,
Complacently i watch

everything unhinge.

The once subtley comforting dark
has become the frightening place, a place in which
terror brews and all I can do is cry.
