Caged

Your life starts with one cell,

taking years to realize whats in store.

Then you find out you live in hell,

because of things you can't ignore.

These things cause you pain,

and take years from your life.

You cry out for some change,

but your search ends in strife.

You end your nights by asking why,

why does it always have to be you.

You try to ease it by getting high,

instead you find that it's not true.

For years these things never change,

the same four walls like a cage.

Always ending every day the same,

all you know is there to blame.
