Romeo

I met the most beautiful girl yesterday,

I asked her to dance, and she said okay.

We had such a great time, I put my hands on her hips,

And when the music was over I stole one sweet kiss.

The night was not over, I stayed by her side,

We planned out our future, how she'd be my bride.

But today that sweet kiss, it feels oh so bitter

My family, and hers, both think I should quit her.

But I can't and I won't, I love her to death.

I'll ignore their rude gestures, or neglect needed breath.
