My Superman happens to be
a one year old little boy.

Who shows no fear
and loves u dear,
and don't care to play with his toys.

My superman my little man
My beautiful baby boy.

Learning to climb
thinks he can fly
Heaven what a joy.

My superman my strong little man
My beautiful baby boy,

Cant catch my breath
He worries me to death
My beautiful baby boy.

hpriestess Children are often fearless. I have marveled at mothers who do not gasp when their child is about to fall and do not wince as they see their child climbing like a monkey up something that ought not to be climbed. It's horrible trying to find the balance. You don't want him to live in fear of everything but you certainly don't want him to think he's invincible. I love the poem.
