I will never be you,

I will always be me,

I'm not sure if I lived up to what you wanted me to be,

but I am here,

still fighting strong,

living my life,

trying not to do wrong,

some years have past on now since your gone,

but my love for you carries on,

made from the same blood,

that we share,

I even have your color hair,

the older I get the more I look like you,

I never believed this to be true,

so much alike and yet so far apart,

I carry you always in my heart.
