Hurting inside I want to cry,
but I'm keeping it all inside,
emotions all bulit up,
feeling depressed and hopeless,
feels like I'm losing my way,
feet swelled up,
hurt so much,
body feeling like a balloon,
I want to cry and let it all out,
but I keep holding it in,
head hurts it won't go away,
I feel the rage setting in,
I had a bad day,
it feels like the walls are closing in,
I keep trying to reach out,
but no one is listening,
please God get me thru this,
I need to feel better,
give me the strength to go on,
I hope tomorrow is a better day.
