He is my God, He is my truth.
The one who's my friend
Be with me till the end
Through all, up and down
I know He will always be around
Leave Him I will never
Love Him I will forever
To Him I pour out my soul
Only He can make me whole
Visions of truth
My heart to soothe
To calm me now
To show me how
Stretches out an arm
to shield from harm
Though at times I'm blind and can't see
I still know that He always loves me
He is my God, He is my truth.

Wow I love this! I have been trying to come up with a poem about God but never can think of how to put all those words about him in my head on paper! You expressed this very well! |
