Holding on?

Sitting alone in her dark cold room

afraid of what awaits her outside

she fades away in her disturbing gloom

so she runs away and hides.

And though she lies to herself

saying its better than it seems

her heart is breaking itself

and she slowly dies in her dreams.

So she stays alone, secluded, away

desperatly trying to hide her tears

awaiting for her sanity to go astray

as her heart is eaten by her fears.

Holding to her last overdue breath

desperatly awaiting her lonley death.
