The whole ive dug

When the right things go unnoticed
i wonder why i even try
the records been set in stone
now all the good is just a lie

i messed up once, and then again
and i know i cant go back
but im trying to fix my past
and make up for all that i lack

But my efforts go to waste
you think im doing no good
you dont understand im trying real hard
to act the way i should

When everything is going right
it all comes crashing down
i cant be bothered anymore
my hope has finally drowned

I give up on trying now
i cant be who im not
