What Sadness Is |
Green is the luck of the spirit
green, yes, came to be
the eye of many
the luck of nature
upon a mossy stone
wet wet groun
your eyes might fall upon a beauty
a shamrock leaf, so green and pure
unique in its own way
bound together by one stem
three other petal mates
waiting just waiting for the day to come
to give a friend the spirit of the green
and the luck of the irish
