the feeling is right/ the moment is tonight/ goodbye for now/ the end of life/ rests with the blade of a knife/ goodbye for good/

blackness consumes/ it stays in the room/ is there no way to cope/ darkness overwhelms/ controlling the helm/ is there no hope//

will there be a light to pierce this blackness/ will there be hope to cross the darkness/ i'm so alone/ i'm so cold/ its over tonight/ it all ends tonight//

i hear myself/ steady, now, steady/ i see myself/ crying, now, crying/ i wite the note/ shaking, now, shaking/ i read the note/ goodbye, now, goodbye

in sudden stillness one voice cries (NO)/ in sudden stillness i see the lies (WAIT)/ in sudden quiet i hear the truth (hold on)/ in sudden quiet in the midst of doom (i'm here)

there is light to pierce the blackness/ there is hope to cross the darkness/ i'm not alone/ i'm no longer cold/ it statrs tonight/ i live tonight//
