Why Don't You Love Me? |
Burning
The flames consume her face
The smiles turn to ash
The eyes of happiness burn black
Friendship was dissolving in the fire
We used to be friends
But now we're enemies
Her ways changed, along with her thought about me
The smoke rises into the air as her face burns
Pyromaniac come out of my shell
And throws in more memories
A smug grin crosses my face while my soul cries on the inside
I didnt want to do it, but I had to
The looks on our old friendly faces only hurt me
The flame grows higher and the wax builds up
Letting the smiles crumble to blck flakes
I dont know why she did that to me
But the only way to get her face away from me is to burn it
The fire dies down
The smoke gathers
The debris of pictures stay stuck in the wax
And with a single tear
I ask, "Why"
