Nor will it Ever be.

I can't help but cry.
As i sit here and i wonder why:
I am not, or ever was, beautiful enough to be your girl.
You never once would want to give me a twirl:
Around your finger if and when we danced.
You never even gave me a chance.
I guess, myself is just not good enough.
Maybe that is why, love, for me, is just this tough.
I know that i will never be the girl you can never stop staring at.
The girl you would die for in no seconds flat.
Everything i am, wishes that you would just realize:
Why i keep this hidden deep down inside.
I see the way you look at her and it tears me to shreds.
And no, this is NOT, just all in my head.
The girl passes by you and you stare at her with such amazement.
This feeling i have, to you, is probably just entertainment.
The girl you put your arm around and hold her head close to your chest.
The girl you would do everything and anything for, and for her you would want the very best.
Sit by her and smile so bright.
Take her breath away and leave earth out of sight.
Play with her hair, look into her heart.
The girl you have always loved right from the start.
This girl is not me.
Nor, ever will it Ever be.

I am sure of it... you seem like an amazing girl and I haven't even talked to you.. your poem was amazing though... it made me cry.. because my friend is in the same predictament...
