I watch you through my shield of shame.
You cuddle up next to her, not me.
If I would have just taken a chance;
Not been so shy.
Maybe I could have been her.
Maybe you would be holding me.
Or maybe, it would all be the same.
You could never love me.
I just know its true..
But why?
Why can’t you love me
As much as I love you?
