You were my twilight sky,
My favorite lullabye,
The softest breeze that ever blew,
At least until I knew you.
Beautiful and oh so sad,
Irresitable to me.
My misery wanted your company,
But I didn't have it for long.
and in the end
I was more miserable
And more alone.
The light in your eyes
Turned out to be lies,
And yet I love you still.
Loyal to a fault
Can be a terrible flaw.
