No One Cares

Walking through the crowd... trying to survive.

Trying to hang there and tryin to stay alive.

But all the people around me really can't see

Do they know what its like not to be there?

Do they know what it's like when no one cares.

Don't know who my true friends are,

Always wishing on shooting stars,

wishing that things will get better and heal my painful scar...

Whenever I talk, no one actually listens

and whenever I fall there's no one to help me glisten.

Everyone I could depend on turned out to be fake

Does no one realize that my life is at stake?

Whenever I go to bed, I say a little prayer

I ask God for a better day

and to help me find a way out.

But the truth is, I know in my heart,

nothings changing, I'll always be in the dark.

So the tears will forever fall from my face

and people will laugh at my ugly disgrace.

I will never get one grateful stare,

because the truth is...no one really cares.
