Good Enough

The night you said those things you said you hurt me.

I went to bed telling myself in the morning I will be somebody else.

I woke-up and put on my cloths,

then I realized my cloths are who I am.

And i bought new ones.

I got in my car and started driving,

then i relaized my car is who I am.

And I got a new one.

Later I sat down at my desk at work

And I realized my job is who I am

So I got a new one.

That night I was relaxing at home

Then I realized my apartment is who I am

And I got a new one.

I now have new cloths, car, job, and home.

Surely by now I am somebody else.

So I went to my family

And they treated me the same

So I went to my friends,

And they treated me the same.

Then I realized, I dont have the problem, you do.

I am good enough for me.

Are you good enough for you.
