I get out my nicest clothes
And do my hair all cute
I'm getting ready to impress
And I'm doing it all for you
I don't know if you even notice
Every time I can't help but stare
Your smile lights my entire world
And these feelings I'm having are rare
I don't know what it is about you
That hooked my heart so deep
And reeled me in just like a fish
And left me in a bowl for your keep
All that I know
Is that you're always on my mind
I get that jittery feeling with every thought
And I just want you to be mine
But you have that other girl
You feel for her like I feel for you
But you know she loves that other boy
And will never love you like I do
