Our Sand Dollar |
The Cheater
Sometimes I think of other boys
Do you think that is wrong
That sometimes I sing with someone else
The notes we called "Our Song"
And sometimes I hold hands
With someone who feels like you
And speak the same words
I know it's wrong what I do
But I can't help that
He gives me butterflies, too
I can't help but kiss
Someone other than you
And sometimes I wonder
If we weren't going out
If I would kiss someone else
Lips on another's mouth
And if I weren't cheating on you
Would I do it to him
Would I sneak while he's gone
Go against my own whim
I've done these things
I can only regret
But to go on so sly
Is not my best bet
So I'm here to confess
You're not my only one
I'm here to let you know
There's someone else I think of
But I still love you
I promise I do
But I don't want to share
All my love with just you
